By publishing, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary licenses or permissions for the media and text used, and you assume full, sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable local regulations and legal policies.
Your digital card/mini website is publicly accessible on the internet via its unique URL. You must verify that your content is appropriate for general public viewing. MyDigi Pro is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability regarding, any misuse of information or materials publicly accessed on your page.
MyDigi Pro reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content or suspend any mini website that violates our policies, standard community values, or contains offensive, unauthorized, fraudulent, or deceptive materials. Reported abuse or violation will result in your digital website being taken offline immediately.
The details you submit may be utilized to improve system features, analyze usage trends, and elevate the overall user experience. MyDigi Pro does not sell, lease, or share your data with any external third parties. MyDigi Pro is not responsible for data loss caused by hardware errors, user errors, or other external circumstances beyond our control.
You are solely responsible for all external hyperlinks published on your mini website. Links must not direct users to illegal, malicious, or deceptive websites. Prohibited links include, but are not limited to:
MyDigi Pro operates strictly as a digital marketing utility connecting vendors and consumers. MyDigi Pro does not guarantee the completion of transactions, quality of services rendered, or the fulfillment of any commitments agreed upon between buyers and sellers. All interactions are strictly peer-to-peer.
MyDigi Pro does not process, handle, or guarantee any payments processed via links on your website. Any refunds, transaction discrepancies, or financial losses must be settled directly between you and your customers.
You must ensure that any media (images, company logos, background audio, videos, text) uploaded does not infringe upon any third-party trademark or copyright. MyDigi Pro disclaims all liability for intellectual property violations committed by card owners.
While we implement reasonable cyber security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute defense against malicious hacks, phishing campaigns, or service interruptions. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and backing up critical data.
Any phone malfunction, battery degradation, operating system glitch, or device crashes cannot be attributed to the MyDigi Pro App or its builder dashboard. MyDigi Pro is not responsible for device conflicts or localized network issues.
If abuse is reported and verified, your website will be taken offline immediately. During a 30-day appeal review window, MyDigi Pro’s support contact number +91-7018569885 will be displayed publicly for complaints or reactivation claims. Failure to submit validation proofs within 30 days results in permanent account suspension.
MyDigi Pro is not responsible for delays or service downtime caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet service provider outages, military actions, or technical failures of global cloud platforms.
MyDigi Pro reserves the right to suspend or block access to the builder dashboard or take down public mini websites at any time, with or without prior notice, if policies are violated, fraudulent activities are detected, or law enforcement requests action.
